Tokenize your real-world assets
under El Salvador's regulated
framework.
Kabal Bridge is our B2B RWA tokenization unit. If your organization has tokenizable assets — credit portfolios, real estate, inventory, economic rights — we run the full legal and technical structuring under CNAD license PSAD-0056.
If it is a real asset,
we can tokenize it.
We help structure tokenization for any asset with real economic value, as long as it fits the active regulatory framework.
Real estate
Buildings, land, and fractional or full real-estate projects.
Credit portfolios
Performing loan portfolios with predictable cash flow.
Structured inventory
Goods with independent valuation and documentary traceability.
Economic rights
Future income streams, royalties, and service contracts.
Private equity
Equity stakes in private companies supported by professional valuation.
Other assets
If your asset is not on the list, let's review it.
Discovery to issuance.
In two months.
Four sequential phases with clear deliverables. No surprises, no unnecessary extensions.
Discovery & structuring
Map the asset, define the legal structure (SPV, trust, or the appropriate vehicle), and lock the technical architecture. Deliverable: signed structuring memo.
CNAD filing and approval
Prepare and submit the regulatory file to CNAD under license PSAD-0056. Whitepaper, prospectus, legal opinion, and obtaining regulatory approval. Deliverable: CNAD resolution.
Smart contracts and audit
Once CNAD approves the structure, we build the smart contract on Base Network under the authorized standard. Security audit by Hacken. Deliverable: audited deployable contract.
Readiness and whitelist
Production readiness, custody setup with PrimeVault, investor onboarding, and whitelist process. Launch remains subject to approvals and issuer readiness.
Regulated structure
with institutional controls.
El Salvador offers a dedicated digital-assets framework for RWA tokenization. We use it to structure issuances with legal, technical, custody, and onboarding controls from day one.
Three issuer profiles
we are already serving.
Private assets that need liquidity
Family offices tokenizing real estate or private equity to create internal liquidity or attract co-investors.
Performing credit portfolios
Cooperatives, microfinance, and lending institutions converting their credit books into tokenized capital.
Inventory tokenization
Companies with commodities, harvests, or structured goods financeable against verified documentation.
Every structuring
is unique.
Bridge is not self-serve. Each issuance needs analysis of your assets, legal feasibility in your jurisdiction, and the design of the optimal structure. We start with a conversation.

Regulator Tokenizing is easy.
Tokenizing well is something else.
Ready for the conversation?
We start by understanding the asset. Structuring comes second.
